The Akiles Finish@Coil E1 Electric Coil Inserter and Electric Crimper features adjustable full-size rollers.

• The Rollers help with bigger sized coils. Built-in Electric Spiral Crimpers Provides consistent & perfect crimps on all coil sizes up to 50mm with a simple press of foot-pedal.
• Foot pedal operated. The Synchronized Roller/Crimper Adjustment Makes it easy to set the correct roller position & crimper angle on the machine for different coil sizes.
• Compatible with all our cut to length 12″ – 4:1 –  Plastic Coil Spirals.

With Manual Operation Mode Switch allows the operator to choose between “Insert” and “Crimp” action with the foot pedal.

• The Automatic Mode Selection Sensor can set the machine on AUTO mode.
• Auto mode automatically switches foot-pedal operation between “Insert” and “Crimp”.
